Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of foremansites.com and the Foreman Sites service (the "Service"), operated by SATO Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Foreman Sites builds, hosts, and maintains websites for local service businesses. We create a free personalized preview of your website. You are under no obligation to purchase after seeing your preview.

Free preview

The preview is provided at no cost and with no commitment. If you choose not to move forward, you owe us nothing. Until you purchase a plan, a preview is not a live website and remains our property.

Plans and payment

• Starter. A one-time fee of $599 includes the first year of hosting. Hosting renews at $199 per year. There is no long-term contract.
• Business. A setup fee of $899 plus $49 per month for ongoing edits and priority support. The monthly plan is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time.
• Reservation deposit. A $149 deposit reserves your build slot and is applied to the price of your chosen package.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are billed in US dollars.

Ownership

Once you have paid for your plan, the website content and design delivered to you are yours. You retain ownership of your brand, logos, photos, and business information that you provide to us.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks you provide.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• You agree to keep your account and contact details accurate and up to date.

Hosting and uptime

We aim to keep your website online and available. We may perform maintenance from time to time. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel the Business monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees and one-time build fees are non-refundable once work has been delivered. If you cancel hosting, your website may be taken offline.

Cancellation of the Business plan

If you cancel the Business plan, you keep the website as delivered, but ongoing edits, priority support, and monthly services will end.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATO Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
